My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The location was great for visiting Fiera Milano, but there were some issues with water pressure on the sixth floor. The room had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, which was not ideal even after airing it out daily.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were extremely nice and cozy, making me feel right at home. However, considering it as a 4-star hotel might be a bit of a stretch. We could hear someone snoring from the adjacent room, which was a downside. On the bright side, having a kettle in our room was a nice touch.
